    My worst symptoms so far have been raynauds, fatigue, telangiectasias , heart burn, and digital ulcers. I'm fortunate that my lungs have been unaffected up to this point but I'm worried that contracting the virus could cause fibrosis in the lungs and lead to ILD and PAH.
