    I have been getting these horrible rashes and they are not related to sun exposure. I am starting to wonder if they are related to Plaquenil.

    It does sound as though u have a allergic reaction. I hope anti histamine doesn't take the edge off the itching this is very important to report to UR doc. He can give u recommendations for dealing with the rash itching reaction by RX the appropiate antihistamine.
